A birth and postpartum doulas' job is to help a birthing mother or expected family prepare and navigate the waters that come with having a baby (or babies). 

We can read and ask for advice until we are blue in the face but nothing will come close to what you'll expect. A doula helps bridge the gap from theoretical ideas and information to useable, reliable support. 

Be it with delivery, post-birth care, or my specialty; postpartum, allow me to help you by guiding the way, providing useable knowledge and support as well as guidance. 

Divorce dances through a myriad of emotions and feelings but it's often a process we feel we must undergo completely alone on an emotional level. 

You don't have to be alone during this time though. Allow me to be your crutch, sounding board, shoulder to cry on, and support system. 

Partners help us through life's most difficult moments and while I may not be the partner you expected to be with allow me to fill the gap and be the one you deserve. 

Not everyone has a dedicated Support System and for those that don't a Doula can fill the gap.

Perhaps you are suffering from an illness, recovering from surgery, or have found yourself in the depths of depression. Having the help of a trusted doula can help speed up your recovery and get you back to enjoying life again. 

During a recovery visit, you can expect me to help pick up the pieces by preparing healthy meals, light household cleaning, creating sacred healing spaces and being there for emotional support while you heal. 

Years ago death was approached with sacred words and open hearts. Now we approach it with fear and worry, as an End of Life Doula it's my job to help the dying create their vision of the perfect death and to support their family as they experience it. 

I'm also able to help create memorial projects, reprocess painful or unexpected death experiences as well as connect you to resources and knowledge so you can be as involved in the death process as desired. 

Our religious leaders help us spiritually, we have doctors and nurses to help with the physical need as well as lawyers to help with the paperwork and legalities that come with death but who helps us process it, understand it, walk through it? Let me help in the uncertainity, allow me to guide you and your loved ones.
